Now -a-days business activities like selling or purchasing of goods & services are not limited to mere a market area but became boundryless , i.e. now-a-days companies do their business globally. moreover they are using virtual infrastructure to perform their business activities. Customer can buy useful things by using their p.c. laptop, tablets, i-phone etc. without going to market and can save their time,
E-commerce has made it very easy to purchase things from overseas located business firms.
But even after lots of development in this type of business there is more to do to deliever the wanted goods to customer without hurting them and by getting their confiedence in such type of businesses.
Even this business is growing by leaps and bound but sometimes it fails to provide customer the wanted goods. for example a well known online site was giving an advertisement of five T-shirts for just Rs. 499 only, when I orderded those T-shirts , I really found that the material was of very low quality that can be used to sweep the floor.
such type of cheap business practise loose the confiedence of customers .
an another incidence known from hereby is that a customer ordered a brand new mobile phone from a reputed website using cash on delievery option but he got a piece of stone instead of getting smart phone.
E-commerce is a tool given in the hands of buyer by the developing interenet technology. but how to use this tool safely is of parmount importance , here are some thoughts which I want to share with my readers to use this tool safely.
First technique an online buyer can use is : On time of purchase make sure that he or she is purchasing from a reputed e-commerce website.
secondly when you purchase online many reputed seller even every seller gives you several option of payments, try to use cash on delievery for your saftey because you will pay only after checking the goods.
thirdly while receving packet , try to make a video clip of opening the box in presence of delievery boy so tha t you may have a sound evidence for proving your case in case of any wrong done by company, as company can earn only based on its reputation, if you use this technique you will definitely find that company will easily compensate you if anything wrong has been done , like wrong or inferior quality or something else .
fourth all good e-commerce sellers give you 15 days replacement warranty. if you do not get the goods as per your specification; just keep the invoice with you to be mentioned by you on asking by customer service team.

ACCOUNTING PROFESSION IN Non-Metro cities ( JOB POSSIBILITIES IN SHARANPUR for uncertified accountants)

There are too much rich person in sharanpur (my nativecity) now declared as smart city but no one has paying capacity instead of having lots of riches. I often remain confused related to my future in Saharanpur if I continue to reside in sahranpur, how much name and fame I will earn in future years in Saharanpur as I m from accounting profession and now studying in my Chartered accountancy course .
When I see there is too much scarcity in the field of accounting as I met some accountants they often seems disturbed as businessman never pays them on time or pay less than their labour.
As a student I cannot employ my full time for any job because I have to give time to my studies too. But here is a dilemma that how to mange cost of education if I do any job, if I do job then I lost my valuable time and find short of time to give to my studies.
This problem I think would be faced by lots of students just like me because now-a-days higher education is only for those who has plenty of money and good and decent jobs are for those who has enough sources whether from internal or from external parties . Instead of it one incident which I remember is that here too paper (mark-sheets) have importance rather than having sound knowledge of the core activities like teaching and passion for teaching is less important for person who has not secured PHD. Degree. Or such higher degree one can have.
Accounting profession is one of the ancient profession in India , I listened it in one lecture of Accounting by our Accounts guru CA Praveen Sharma sir. He mentioned that accounting is being done since the time of Lord Krishna. But I see that accounting is really very important and useful method for finding whether we are going to incur losses or make profit. Based on which one can decide whether to continue the existing business due to profitability or shut it down due to losses or they have the strength to bear more losses and to convert the situation into good one.
An accountant is really very important organ for business bodies because money is considered as the blood of business and accountant is the person who finds that from where blood is coming and where blood is going or it regulates the blood into the whole body just like a heart and try to remove bad elements from blood (i.e procuring firm from legal matters that can be attracted).
Instead of having all the qualities of a heart why an accountant who has not procured any degree (which can be accessed only by the person who has plenty of money and lots of time and having free from responsibilities of family.)not considered as heart and treated just like a servant.
An accountant maintains the whole business transactions and really becomes a part of good as well as bad acts of the business owner , and in return of these invaluable services they are offered a sum that would be really a drop in the occean
After considering lots of another criterias firstly I would like to mention one thing that here in our city as per my opinion uncertified accountants are unorganized as they thinks as if they are equipped with the potential of maintaining the whole work alone and never share work.
Secondly they oftenly feels that someone may cut off their clientage and want to hold the whole clientage himself that is probably beyond their working capacity because afterall an accountant is a human being not a machine, the businessman takes advantage here as we well known the story if two people makes quarrel then third one will definetily take benefit.
Another factor here is that the city is considered as cheap city but it is only a fiction because many a billionaire are residing here but when they see the person working as an accountant is ready to become foolish then they should probably be think just like “What can we do after all I’m a businessman and nothing is dearer to me than money”, as my father oftenly say One person can take benefit only when the said one has any sense to take that benefit.
Lastly I would like to say just one thing “A body is useless without heart” nodoubt one can procure a pacemaker but it will be so costly.

CONCLUSION: after all of the above description I would like to suggest that uncertified accountant should be try to become organized as they know vey well the concept of Demand and Supply. If supply would be in short then Price for that think definitely will go high and vice-versa.
It will become a remedy for lowering price services of uncertified accountants to considerable sum, If you will respect you than everyone will respect you, if not agree see the platform and see that how people run after a general compartment seeing other running , as we are Indians and will never give-up our habits willingly.

PETROL PUMPS :A PLACE OF OPEN ROBBERY

Yesterday when I went at the petrol pump on court road saharanpur , i observed that I asked to fill petrol for rs 100. as the salesman was going to fill the petrol I requested him to feed the value in meter first, then he feed after making mouth saying that not everyone come same here, what he means I really understood what he was trying to say, i.e. he was mere trying to say that here people in our city are just ignoring and they don’t care for if they are getting petrol less than 5 or 10 rs. how liberal they are , on the another hand if a street hawker who sells vegetable never get the required money from same people even if he is providing the sufficient quantity.
Further he was filling the petrol but suddenly when petrol meter reaches at 80.60 rs at the display machine he hold the lever and push it and the meter ran at the bullet train speed and stopped at 98.60 rs .
What you have observed by this incident?, whatever you would have observed but I have observed that there is a clear instruction to the salesmens that to cut the quantity on every sale, hope someone other just like me would have been observed the same.
you know that is in contravention of the provisions of “THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT ,1986”
AS Per this act, consumer should have been provided the quality, quantity and value for his money.

suppose if only I sacrifice the petrol for rs 20 in round figur , imagine in whole how much people just like would have been sacrifice the petrol may be on the basis of ruff estimation say 500 people than calculate money he has stolen 500*20=10000 rs than means in the whole month he would have been stolen 300,000rs and in the whole year he would have been stolen rs.3650000 .

Dear readers its a mere ruff data of one petrol pump, who knows how many other petrol pumps are doing so all over the Bharat.
